New Cooperative Provides Economic Recovery

free programs now exist to benefit economically disadvantage and recently
unemployed persons.
Such programs include dental and vision care services, prescription plans and
legal aid.

the above programs. It covers free grant and loan resources available for a wide
variety of purposes, including business start-ups. President Bush declared, "The

country.
